Here at Kailua Crystals, we take an intuitive feel and special care to select, package, and send your purchases. Due to the energetic nature of crystals, we do not offer refunds or returns under regular circumstances (ie. gift purchase returns).

Any returns due to damage are determined on a case-by-case basis. Email us at crystallovecollective@gmail.com with photos of the package, the whole item, and the damaged portion and we will get together with you to find a course of action in alignment with each situation.
