Sound Healing Journey w/Binnie

Join Binnie for a meditative sound journey with the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments and tools. Each of the tones is paired with a chakra center to support you in shifting any stagnant energy and clear energetic pathways for your own healing.

~Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and water.
