Sound Healing Journey w/ Binnie

Join Binnie for a meditative sound journey with the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments and tools. Each of the tones is paired with a chakra center to support you in shifting any stagnant energy and clear energetic pathways for your own healing.

~Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and water. If you do not have a yoga mat, we have some here in the store! 

~You may also wish to bring a blanket to regulate your temperature. (It can get kinda chilly sometimes!)
