Sound Bath w/ Jen

Deeply immerse yourself in the vibrations of the crystal bowls. Each bowl tone is paired with a chakra center. The vibrations of sound will shift any stagnant energy and allow for the pathways to clear. Join me on this holistic healing session of self-discovery through deep relaxation and meditation.
