Self-Healing with Crystals for Beginners w/ Rene

Join Rene for a simple journey into your own healing using crystals. We will discuss crystal basics and then experience the crystal energy within our own electromagnetic fields. You can bring your own crystals or crystals will be provided for you. Please bring a yoga mat so you can learn how to grid your own body using the crystals. This experience should feel very relaxing and renewing to your entire body and mind. Class will be limited to 8 participants.
