Sound baths Sundays. 90 mins.The practice of sound baths is where you are deeply immersed in the vibrations and sound generated from the quartz crystal bowls. Each bowl tone is paired with a chakra center. The vibrations of sound will shift any stagnant energy and allow for the pathways to be clear. Join me on this holistic healing session of self-discovery through deep relaxation and meditation. If you feel called, please bring a yoga mat, blanket or pillow as you have the option of laying down during the bath.
