EFT Tapping Circle w/ Jess

Are there things you tell yourself or others that are not in line with what you preach? Are there things you do that do not serve your personal and/or spiritual growth? Is there something you’ve been wanting for yourself that you’ve been too afraid to pursue? EFT Tapping is a powerful tool to release those things that no longer serve us in order to make room for the abundance and excitement of new beginnings. We’ll tap together in order to harness the energetic power of the group and I’ll be giving you tips and information on how to use EFT in your daily life. The act of tapping as a group has been found to reinforce the effects of EFT. There is a phenomenon in the tapping world known as “Borrowed Benefits” which occurs when a person feels a reduction in their own symptoms as a result of tapping along with someone else’s issue, so for the group, we will all be tapping together, no matter whose “turn” it is. There is also a great feeling of community when we come together to support one another and see how much we are alike even as we each have our own unique human experience. Please bring water and a journal. This class will be 90 min.
